Over a number of sessions, you will talk with your coach or therapist about your concerns and they will help you to focus on taking steps forward. Sessions are 100% confidential. Your data and information won’t be shared with anyone else other than your designated Mental Wellbeing Expert.

You are not the first person to access support and certainly won’t be the last. Just think of therapy and coaching as personal training for your mind!
