What you could talk about in your initial consultation session:

  • Ask: What can I expect from sessions with you?

  • Tell: What you would like to discuss with them

  • Ask: What techniques or tools will you use?

  • Ask: What availability do you have for regular sessions?

If you don’t feel they are the right match for you, you can always mention this to them and select a new coach or therapist on the app.
